bought a refurbished floor cleaner in Oct 2019 .It worked for 20 mins and then was completely inoperative . Advised the outlet it was collected for repair ,it was apparently lost by their carrier .I requested refund which was accepted .No such refund occurred .Then out of the blue I was advised in April /May it had been found and was being repaired . It was returned to me in June .I decided to give it another try ,it ran and worked for 10/15 mins and once again would not dispense water from the reservoir . I advised of this failure and requested it be collected and a refund be made .That was 6/7weeks ago no contact from Karcher at all perhaps they are bust they deserve to be very poor quality product with no customers service at all .DO NOT BUY KARCHER .

Well where do i begin………After having three attempts to get my karcher repaired or replaced via the outlet, I'm still waiting.Each time i logged a ticket i was told it would have to be re-done as per their emails, why could the person answering the email to begin with, not pass it on to the correct, so-called department? My machine is due to run out warranty soon and i suspect this is just a staling tactic, so i can then be told " oh sorry your warranty has expired "i was told it was out of warranty to begin with on my first email query, even though i had paid for the extended warranty and provided the order number to provide proof.So i then had to resubmit my complaint/ ticket again !!Eventually after four days wait i receive an email to say someone will collect the unit ( 18/06/20 ).I am self employed and having just returned to work after 2 months without any work, i stayed at home on the above date to allow collection….Guess what ? yes, nobody appeared !! after another email complaining i await an outcome.Needless to say there shall never be another purchase form the karcher outlet and also no other purchases of karcher products.Do yourself a big favour and purchase your power washer or any type of products from a manufacturer who actually cares about their customers and has a good reputation for customer service !!I have allocated a 1 star experience, simply because you cannot select a "zero" star.You have been warned !!

Disappointing

Received the Karcher K4 promptly and found the dirt grinder lance was not with the package.
When contacting Karcheroutlet (answered promptly) was told the dirt grinder lance was not part of the package and the information was on the website this was not clear in my view.

My advice would be to check the website thoroughly although a pattern lance is only £ 7.50 via ebay .

Poor quality product & customer service…

Poor quality product & customer service to match, do not buy - thanks for the reply, I did not ask for a fee replacement, your customer service is very poor and initial reply showed no empathy and you rely on the warranty expiration to defend poor quality products that should last more than approx 30 uses, as I said, poor product and poor customer service so please do not try and blame my review on me not getting a free replacement!!!!!

Shocking customer service

Bought a WD2 VAC paid for it on a mon morning about 8:30am paid for delivery which states 1-2 days so contacted them when this time had passed the item turns up 4-5 days later damaged i recieved a call from karcher outlet asking me if i recieved the item so i told them it was damaged they said ok we will call u back after i speak to a manager,no call back whatsoever just a note on their website asking me to log it and send it back,had a courier card thru the door asking me to call them as i missed the guy so called them for them to say theres no pickup logged at my address,its now 18 days since i paid and its been sat in a box in my living room for 13 days how this business is still running is beyond me

Not So Good

Having purchased a few times from the Karcher Outlet and been quite happy I purchased a refurbished K4 which upon receipt was faulty and had to be returned, so much for quality checking. Then replacement had obviously been quite well used by the previous owner and was received in a dirty condition. If you are lucky you may well receive an almost new product but not guaranteed. Don’t be fooled by all the five stars on the Karcher website.

No delivery, no communication.

Initially complained about delivery time without realising I'd not accounted for bank holiday and hadn't read delivery details in full. Wrote complaint and received dispatch confirmation shortly after thinking I'd allowed an extra day when in fact I was bang on the 5th working day. Goods should be delivered tomorrow! Don't forget about bank holidays when ordering things it might cost you money...

Customer service not the best

Customer service not the best. K3 returned due to small metal pieces blocking nozzle. Karcher arranged collection, but no tracking or receipt left by courier. Have had no correspondence to say if washer has been received or if it's been repaired/replaced. If it goes missing who's liable ? Can't call them as no number on site. Emails not answered.

FC5 floor cleaner

I bought an FC5 floor cleaner from Karcher outlet.Iit failed very early in its life and by the time it was returned from repair most of the 6 month limited warranty had expired. It failed again very quickly and as it was no longer within the warrantry period, Karcher were not interested in repairing it. I have also bought 2 Karcher pressure washers, both of which failed within 3 years. German engineering? I contacted Karcher and was advised that they would contact me with details of where I could get the machine repaired. I am still awaiting this information. The FC5 will follow my other failed Karcher appliances to the local tip.

Order is not delivered

Still waiting for the order to be delivered. The order was placed on 26th of FebIn case if someone from Karcher will reply, the order number is 823554Changing the review from 1 to 3 stars as I was contacted by very nice chap saying my order will be with me tomorrow. Mistake of DHL

Product arrived without instructions

Product arrived without instructions. Requested two times that a hard copy be posted to me. Ignored. So much for customer service.

Received a broken and dirty item, which was clearly not even inspected, let alone refurbished

Ordered the FC5, and received it broken and dirty, in a state appropriate for a second-hand item sold for parts and not a manufacturer refurbished item.The plastic housing where the handle connects to the body, was worn and visibly misshapen, and the handle pulled out of the cleaner instead of pulling the cleaner along. The docking stand I received was broken and wouldn't hold the water necessary to clean the rolls, which seems to be the dock's primary purpose.In response to my complaint, I received the copy-pasted 'Please accept our apologies for the condition of your machine. This is clearly not to our usual high standard' which appears as a response to many of the reviews left on this website. When I wrote back with photos of the damage, I received no response.The pickup window I was given for my return, is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. What a fantastic use of my time. The item Karcher Outlet tried to sell me had not been repaired, cleaned, or even inspected. Judging by the other reviews here, this company consistently wastes its customers' time, liberally and without any qualms.

Refurbed - and good as new

This is where you can get your item at considerably less than market price. True they are refurbed but they work as new are clean and having a second chance is good for the environment. Win win. I have ordered from them in the past and will continue to do so.

Go direct to Karcher!

Ordered a SC3 upright. Had to chase the item as it had not been dispatched. Item arrived and items were missing, so contacted them to send out the items that were missing. Went to use the item and it did not produce any steam. Requested a return and the only options available were a week later. Opted for collection, in the mean time we had ordered a WV5 window vac, that I had to chase for two weeks for delivery, contacted them through there online contact form and even they said reply within 4 hours (appreciate that with covid it may take longer) but no reply to any online contact). When it arrived the item broke with the first use. On inspection it was apparent that the refurbished model had been glued back together. Considering the hassle that we have had with JMS - Karcher Outlet we opted just to write off the 50 pounds spent on the window vac and treat it as a learning curve. We had previously bought from Karcher outlet in 2017 and had no issues with items that we had bought. However in the last month we have bought two items that had to be chased to be dispatched and both items were not working/broken.
