
Ordered a SC3 upright. Had to chase the item as it had not been dispatched. Item arrived and items were missing, so contacted them to send out the items that were missing. Went to use the item and it did not produce any steam. Requested a return and the only options available were a week later. Opted for collection, in the mean time we had ordered a WV5 window vac, that I had to chase for two weeks for delivery, contacted them through there online contact form and even they said reply within 4 hours (appreciate that with covid it may take longer) but no reply to any online contact). When it arrived the item broke with the first use. On inspection it was apparent that the refurbished model had been glued back together. Considering the hassle that we have had with JMS - Karcher Outlet we opted just to write off the 50 pounds spent on the window vac and treat it as a learning curve. We had previously bought from Karcher outlet in 2017 and had no issues with items that we had bought. However in the last month we have bought two items that had to be chased to be dispatched and both items were not working/broken.
